How to find your FreshReachID and FreshReach Report API
- Log in to your FMTC account
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on Relationships and then Sub-Affiliate Links.
- Your FreshReach ID and FreshReach Report API Key should be listed on this page.
If your FreshReach ID and FreshReach Report API Key are not listed, please reach out to the FreshReach support team so they can enable your API access.
To connect your Fresh account to Affluent enter the FreshReachID, FreshReach Report API, and timezone via the Account Manager.
Adding Multiple FreshReach Accounts
If you have multiple FreshReach accounts that you would like to connect, repeat the process with the FreshReachID, FreshReach Report API, and timezone for your other accounts.
